Come discover the restorative aspects to both being in nature, and being able to view scenes of nature, particularly areas with natural water. Research has shown that people with access to nearby natural settings have been found to be overall healthier than other individuals.
Zahir Ringgold Cordes from University of Florida/IFAS instructs us in Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing. The practice or process of therapeutic relaxation where one spends time in a forest or natural atmosphere, focusing on sensory engagement to connect with nature. Come experience nature in a new way.
