Pilot Cardio Drumming Class
Combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of upbeat music in an easy but effective workout.
It’s a fun, fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories. You don’t need to be a drummer to do it,
and even more amazingly, you don’t even need drums! Option of performing the exercises standing or seated.
12 people per class.
