November Assembly of Property Owners

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024 beginning at 4:00 pm at The Meadows Community Lifestyle & Wellness Facility, the regular Assembly meeting will commence and will include an overview presentation of the 2025-26 MCA Draft Budget by Treasurer Stan Miska and the introduction of the 2025 candidates for the MCA Board who will stand for election on March 3, 2025.

The Assembly Executive Committee received by the deadline of October 3, 2024, twelve applications for candidates for the MCA Board of Directors. All applicants were confirmed as qualified based on their ownership of property in The Meadows and their current financial status with the MCA. Since the application deadline, three candidates have withdrawn from consideration.

The remaining candidates are:

Melvin Sykes

The candidates will have up to five minutes to introduce themselves and each will be asked a community-related question by the Assembly Executive Committee members.
