Sarasota County Health In Motion Mobile Unit will visit The Meadows on July 31. This is a reschedule date from July 6.  The Health In Motion Bus is FREE to the community and offers different diagnostic screenings each visit from diabetes screenings to blood pressure and BMI. (more…)
