COVID-19 MODERNA VACCINATION AT MCA
MCA is offering the second dose of the Moderna Vaccination for those that received their first shot on April 8. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR VACCINATION CARD and your consent form. See section 1 of the form, last line and make certain you check the appropriate box. If you missed our vaccine clinic on April 8 and would like to get the first vaccine you are welcome to participate.
