The Meadows Community Association presents Farm to Table Cooking Class featuring fresh produce of Eggplant

Ring in the New Year with our exciting, new Farm to Table Healthy Cooking Series offered by Chef Amanda.
Each month showcases a locally grown, organic vegetable.  January’s featured vegetable is the Eggplant.
Class attendees may purchase the ingredients to create the featured recipe.  All produce picked that day from a local, organic farm.
