Attend this fascinating webinar presented by Jean Ruff who will show you the basics of floral design. Jean will demonstrate how to arrange using the essentials of Cut, Condition, Create. You’ll also learn about Vertical Line Design (topiary) and small table design. The session will end with questions and answers. You will need grocery store of farmer’s market flowers, such as the 3 for $12 bunches sold at Publix.
About Jean Ruff:
Jean Ruff has had an interest in floral design since she had breast cancer in 2007. The smell, feel and sight of flowers lifted Jean’s spirit and started her interest in floral design. Mrs. Ruff joined the Sarasota Garden Club in 2012 and chaired their floral design program for several years. She competed in garden club flower shows and won the Designer Choice Award and Tri-Color Award the first year she competed. Jean has also been on local channel 7 demonstrating design techniques and has visited nearby nursing homes to do hands on classes. Jean’s enthusiasm and love of teaching make each of her classes a fun and informative event.
