Join us as we dive into the topic of “Living with Chronic Conditions and Medicare”. An educational seminar presented by independent insurance broker, Michael Cochran. Michael and his panel of doctors, specialists, and insurance professionals will guide us through the labyrinth of chronic gate-way conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, blood & lung disorders, which can lead to a more severe condition. We will learn about these conditions, how Medicare interacts with them, steps we can take to reverse the symptoms of early diagnosis, and what we can do to get the best out of our golden years.
