Exercise specialist Chris Vercelli will discuss how something as simple as one step can change your attitude, health and life.
Learn about the positive effects of walking and how committing to 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. Walking also boosts your energy level, improves overall mood, reduces stress and anxiety as well as increasing social opportunities.
